I think your point about needing to automate the PHR process is right on.  This is going to be a critical success factor, right along with trust, interoperability, and transportability.</description>

What will it take for the average MD to trust the PHR&#039;s data enough to use it? I think the real utility of a PHR won&#039;t be realized until it&#039;s seen and used by docs other than the patient&#039;s PCP - or any doc at all, for that matter.</description>
