I agree with Lincoln’s comment about the market being so fragmented, but there are some PHR solutions that really do stand out from the rest.

The 2-3 year time period refers to the development and early adopter use of disease specific PHRs, and not the more general, dare I say generic PHRs that are prevalent today.

The PHR market will indeed takeoff but I can expect to see traction sooner than 2-3 years out. That is a lifetime in Internet time and the “big boys” are going to want to move much faster than that.
